14-year old girl diagnosed with Pediatric Acute-Onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome (PANS)
Maya 14 yr-old-girl with a history of numerous infectious diseases, including Lyme, Bartonella, streptococcus, Epstein-Barr, and mold exposure. She had a normal, uncomplicated birth and a normal childhood with no known attentional, learning, behavioral, or emotional issues.
15-year old teen diagnosed with ADHD
Ben is a 15 yr-old-boy who experienced the sudden onset of medical and mental health issues after having the COVID virus. He had a normal, uncomplicated birth and a normal childhood. He had a head injury from sports at age 11 but recovered without complication.

7-year old girl diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Iris is a 7 yr-old-girl with a history of anxiety and obsessive and compulsive behavior. Iris was born via cesarean section after her mother was in labor for more than 24 hours and signs of fetal distress were noted. Her apgar was initially a five but improved to a nine with oxygen. She was placed in the neonatal intensive care for a few hours as a precaution and no other issues were noted.

8-year old girl diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder
Jordan is a 8-year old girl with a history of separation anxiety and anxiety-related stomach aches and sleep problems. Her birth was positive for fetal distress due to the cord wrapped around her neck. She was given oxygen at birth and no reported issues were noted by her parents. Jordan had colic as a baby, which lessened at about eight months of age.

12-year old boy diagnosed mood and behavioral regulation issues
Henry was a 12 yr-old-boy with a history of poor attention, impulse control issues, peer relation difficulties and non compliant behavior. His parents and grandmother reported that, “Henry came out difficult.” He was the product of prolonged labor and was born “blue” but no concerns from the physician were noted. Colic, sleep problems, constipation, picky eating, and sensory issues were present in early childhood.
