What is Neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback is an effective and natural treatment that teaches the brain to get in a healthy rhythm through a process of measurement and reinforcement. Neurofeedback works that the subconscious level to reinforce your the brain to change it's brainwave. Neurofeedback allow the nervous system to calm and self-regulate, which reduces symptoms such as worry, mood, irritability, focus issues, slowed thinking, etc.* Without the ability to self-regulate, problems like anxiety, depression focus problems, cognitive issues, or physical symptoms can occur. There are over 3,000 peer reviewed studies to support the efficacy of neurofeedback in the treatment of ADHD, anxiety, depression, concussion, chronic health issues and pain, learning and processing issues, and a variety of issues.

What is Biofeedback
With Biofeedback, you learn to control your bodily functions like breath, heart rate or skin temperature with the purpose to reduce stress, physical tension, or physical symtoms.* During a session, you’ll be attached to electrical sensors that will help us measure and give information (feedback) about your body (bio). That information and help you learn to control subtle changes like syncing your breath with your heart rate, relaxing muscles or reducing stress. Biofeedback has been around for many decades and is often used to treat anxiety, stress, and pain.*

What is QEEG
A quantitative electroencephalogram (QEEG) brain map that helps us measure the electrical patterns in your cortical activity, which gives us a visual representation of the patterning of your brain waves. Your QEEG brain map is analyzed by comparing brain patterns against patterns consistent with known conditions. For example, people with ADHD have a clear cut pattern of too many unfocused brainwaves and not enough focused brainwaves. A QEEG brain map is an objective way to “check under the hood” and paired with a clinical intake, it gives a clear diagnostic picture of what the real issues are. Since we know exactly what each region of the brain does, a QEEG prevents our current standard of mental health diagnostics, which is essentially guessing. *
