Why Are We so Stressed?
We live busy lives without much down time from work and school. Anxiety can result from everyday stress. Long-term stress has a physiological effect on the body. Some show physical signs of stress through teeth grinding, headaches, stomach pain, and so on while others may have more internal types of anxiety, such as obsessive thinking, compulsions, worry, irrational fears, etc. Ongoing stress and anxiety impact how our body and brain functions, which results in abnormal brain wave functioning.
