The holidays are a wonderful time of year, but they are also a stressful time of year, with family get-togethers, office parties, school functions and New Year’s resolutions. It is also the time of year for the dreaded parent-teacher conference. It can all be just a bit too much and many people feel overwhelmed. Whether dealing with new issues or lingering concerns, taking care of yourself or addressing your child’s issues is important. Taking time for daily relaxation is a way to pre-emptively deal with stressors and find out how to manage stress when it happens.
